CATERING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To book catering with A Bit of a Do ltd, on average we require at least one weeks notice. Please note all quotes are valid for 14 days from date issued.

All bookings must be secured by a 10% non refundable deposit.

All quotes are subject to vat at the current vat rate.

GIFT VOUCHERS

All gift vouchers have no cash value and must be redeemed within six months from date of issue. the redeem by date is printed on every gift voucher.

We only deliver within a 6 mile radius of Warwick.

Gift vouchers become live only when payment has been received.

CATERING HIRE

• The hire rate specified is for a 24 hour period unless this falls on a weekend when it will be extended to a 48 hour period (at no extra cost).

• A  damage/loss deposit  is payable at the commencement of the hire period and refunded when all items are returned, undamaged. Any items damaged/lost will be charged at cost price.

• All hire equipment must be returned clean with the exception of linen and glassware, and a ‘return dirty’ service is available, please add 50 % of the hire cost.

• The hirer is responsible for operating all items/equipment in a safe and proper manner.

• We offer a free delivery and collection service within a 6 mile radius of Warwick town centre. All other delivery areas will be quoted for on request.
